Occupancy rates are on a per night basis. Additional persons (or pets - where allowed) are charged at a rate of $13.23 additional per person (or pet) per night. Children 6 and under stay free. Crib is available.
Each Lodge room has two (2) queen beds, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. There is no stove in lodge units and full cooking is not permitted. Lodge rooms are pet free, smoke free, no grilling inside or in front of room, no skillet cooking or fry daddies allowed. |

POLICIES
MINIMUM STAY - All cabins and trailers with full kitchens require a 3-night minimum. 3-night minimum on all units on holiday weekends regardless of specials. 2 nights with cleaning fee.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Guests may check into a unit after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Guests must check out of unit by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Late arrival check-ins are possible. Call in advance to arrange for late check in.
LENGTH OF STAY - Guest is responsible for all days reserved, regardless of circumstances.
PETS - Pets are allowed in cabins and mobile homes only. Grooming and kennel service while guests are here is available. Insurance now requires that pets must be kenneled when unit is unoccupied. Pets must be on a lease and collar or electronic collar when outside guest unit. Guests are charged an additional $13.23 per pet per night for the length of the reservation. Guest is financially responsible for all damage done by pet.
DEPOSITS - 1 night deposit at time of booking is required to reserve a unit. If the reservation extends beyond 6 days, then a 2-night deposit is required. Deposits vary upon the nightly rate of unit being reserved.
CANCELLATION POLICY – If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to guest's arrival date, 80% of the original deposit will be refunded to guest. Less than 30 days, the deposit is neither refundable nor transferable. No refunds in March, April, & Holidays.
PAYMENT METHOD - VISA and MasterCard are accepted to book reservation. VISA,
MasterCard and cash are accepted at check in for the full balance of the guest's stay. No keys are given out nor is the unit opened without full payment.
LARGE GROUPS - The guest who makes the reservation is the person financially responsible for payment of the full balance for the accommodations at check in. Keys will be distributed to group members after payment of full balance is received. Family reunions, parties, and large groups are welcome! However, special rules apply for the refund policy . Manager only to issue any type of credit.
PAVILION - $25 deposit for a 4-hour event. Reservations required
GRILLS - Stationary park grills are slated about the grounds. If a guest chooses to bring a grill, it must be kept on the blacktop or gravel. There is no grill cooking permitted outside Lodge rooms or concrete area.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
We can have karaoke parties with special arrangements. Food can be catered or delivered to any units with special arrangements.
If you need a photographer we have one that will come to our location to take pictures for you.
Reservations can be made at any time.
Office hours vary upon the season and the day. Please leave a message and your call will be returned at the earliest availability of the staff.
Marshall County Kentucky is a ''dry” county. This means that the sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the county. Guests may bring alcoholic beverages with them, or may purchase them in surrounding counties after arrival, approximately a 30 minute drive.
There is no fast food available within a 12-16 mile radius of Sportsman's Lodge. Some local
restaurants do not take credit or debit cards. Be sure to bring cash for meals. |
